What we do

The shortage of suitably qualified and experienced safety case practitioners can constrain programme delivery. We help clients build capability inside the organisation rather than relying indefinitely on external resource.

We deliver repeatable workshops in safety case argumentation, hazard identification, fault and consequence analysis and ALARP demonstration. We also mentor engineers against a defined progression path and help design competency frameworks that connect learning to supervised live work.

The result is a practical internal training pathway that supports SQEP decisions, strengthens technical ownership and leaves the organisation better able to author, challenge and maintain its own safety arguments.
