Safety Case Development and Support
Modular, text-driven safety arguments for defined systems, facility components and SMR vendor modules.
What we do
A safety case must make a clear, proportionate argument that hazards are understood, controls are effective and the evidence is sufficient for the decision being made.
We author and support modular, text-driven safety arguments using established approaches such as Goal Structuring Notation. The work can cover a defined system, facility component or SMR vendor module, including hazard claims, argument structure, compliance matrices, evidence coordination and preparation for review.
This bite-sized delivery model gives clients senior technical capacity without committing the programme to a large facility-wide framework before the immediate safety question is understood. We keep claims, evidence and configuration context aligned as the case develops.
Who this is for
Nuclear licensees, defence programmes, design authorities, operators and SMR vendors developing or renewing safety cases.
